At BASF, around 10,700 employees are working worldwide in research and development on innovations for the chemical industry. Thanks to our close cooperation with numerous partners from academia and business, we have created an international and interdisciplinary Know-How Verbund.
Advanced Materials & Systems Research is one of the three central technology platforms within BASF’s Research Verbund. A network of researchers at sites in North America, Europe and Asia, together with more than 100 collaboration partners at universities and research institutes, focusses on both new technologies and market driven new products. Our work is carried out in close cooperation with BASF’s operating divisions across the world. The foundation for which is the interdisciplinary expertise of our researchers.
