The CONSENS project participated in the SPIRE project’s conference and in the Impact Workshop in Brussels in April, 2016.

As a member of the SPIRE community, the CONSENS project was presented at the SPIRE Conference by the project coordinator, Manuel Pereira Remelhe, in front of a broad audience of SPIRE members, the European Commission, supporters, partners and other stakeholders. This conference was aimed at discussing possible synergies and actions that can deliver the project’s objectives.

Following this conference, the European Commission organised an Impact Workshop focusing on the exchange of information among the projects, in particular in relation to generating impact and the successful industrial exploitation of project results. The impact of the CONSENS project was presented during a session dedicated to the “process control and associated parameters”.
